Press release - Fondation Rivières is honoured and proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Daniel Leblanc, a civil engineer with a background in environmental protection and former director of the Direction de l'analyse et de l'expertise of the Ministère de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques (MELCC) in the Montérégie region, as a member of the organization's Board of Directors.
