We, the undersigned, 110 signatories from various backgrounds, address the president and members of the Committee on the Economy and Energy Transition, to ask them to take the necessary measures to trigger the holding of an investigation with hearings (generic BAPE) on the energy future of Quebec.
Despite what appears to be a firm political will to make access to Quebec's waterways and bodies of water a priority, we must admit that this priority remains theoretical to this day. Here is our open letter addressed to Mr. François Legault, Prime Minister of Quebec, signed by the Collective for equitable access to bodies of water.
A few months before the next provincial elections, the Collective for equitable access to bodies of water is calling on political parties to find out their intentions regarding the problem of access to water for the purposes of nautical activities, vacation, hunting and fishing for all Quebecers.
