Waiver of image rights
Since it is difficult if not impossible for the organizers to know the identity of the individuals whose image was captured during the Grand Splash event, the undersigned grants the Fondation Rivières and its representatives the permission to use and publish any images of themselves taken during the event.

The undersigned grants Fondation Rivières and its representatives permission to use and publish any image taken of any child for whom he/she has parental authority during the Grand Splash event.
Fondation Rivières may use and publish any image for any purpose it deems appropriate, including but not limited to advertising or publications on social media and/or on its website (fondationrivieres.org). .
I authorize Fondation Rivières and its representatives to use and publish any image of me, as well as that of any child for whom I have parental authority, taken during the Grand Splash event.
Damage Waiver
The undersigned understands the nature of the danger linked to his/her participation in the Grand Splash in a swimming area with no facilities where no control of access and water quality is carried out to ensure safety swimming and understands that it is their responsibility, despite the presence of a lifeguard, to ensure their own safety by using the necessary precautions during the activity which takes place at their own risk. . The Fondation Rivières and the organizers of the Grand Splash are in no way responsible towards the participants for any physical, moral or material damage that they or their loved ones may suffer during their participation or their presence on the premises of the Grand Splash.
