Waiver of image rights

Damage Waiver
The undersigned understands the nature of the danger linked to his/her participation in the Grand Splash in a swimming area with no facilities where no control of access and water quality is carried out to ensure safety swimming and understands that it is their responsibility, despite the presence of a lifeguard, to ensure their own safety by using the necessary precautions during the activity which takes place at their own risk. . The Fondation Rivières and the organizers of the Grand Splash are in no way responsible towards the participants for any physical, moral or material damage that they or their loved ones may suffer during their participation or their presence on the premises of the Grand Splash.

Number of tickets on sale: We plan to sell approximately 500 tickets in total.
Sale price of each ticket: We plan to sell one ticket for 10$, two tickets for 15$, three tickets for 20$, four tickets for 25$ and five tickets for 30$, etc.
Le tirage se déroule dans le cadre du Grand Splash, une série d’événements de mobilisation festifs et gratuits.
A draw for only one paddle board (SUP) per event will take place. It will be fired before or after people jump into the water. To select the winner, we will carry out a random selection on site, the same day of the event.
Price
We have a RETROSPEC THE WEEKENDER TOUR 11'0 SUP board worth 379 $ + taxes to be given away among the Grand Splash participants.
Prize claim
The winner will be chosen on site, on the day of the event. Therefore, to claim their prize, the winner whose number has been drawn will have to meet a representative of the Fondation Rivières to collect the board at the same place where the event takes place. The lucky person should be there, but if they are not, they will have one week to claim their prize.
