qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau de la rivi\u00e8re \u00e0 la Loutre et de la Petite rivi\u00e8re Blanche, dans la r\u00e9gion du T\u00e9miscamingue, a connu une baisse significative au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Serait-ce d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9pandage de lisier de porc, issu des quatre maternit\u00e9s porcines \u00e0 proximit\u00e9? C\u2019est ce que l\u2019Organisme de bassin versant du T\u00e9miscamingue (<a href=\"https:\/\/obvt.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OBVT<\/a>) a voulu v\u00e9rifier en faisant appel \u00e0 la Fondation Rivi\u00e8res. Une campagne de d\u00e9pistage de sources de pollution dans ce secteur agricole a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e afin de d\u00e9terminer l\u2019emplacement et la nature des pics de de la recherche scientifique (INRS<\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inrs.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">)<\/a><\/strong>, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une analyse hybride des pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements sur le terrain, en recourant \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 du d\u00e9nombrement traditionnel d&rsquo;<em>Escherichia coli<\/em> (<em>E. coli<\/em>) et \u00e0 une nouvelle technologie d&rsquo;analyse enzymatique rapide. L&rsquo;appareil utilis\u00e9 pouvait quantifier en moins de 30 minutes la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;<em>E. coli<\/em> dans un \u00e9chantillon, ce qui a permis aux gens sur le terrain de cadrer tr\u00e8s rapidement les endroits \u00e0 investiguer en profondeur.
