\u00e0 la campagne de financement <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/adoptezlarivierelassomption.blankoprod.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adoptez la rivi\u00e8re L\u2019Assomption<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>en 2018, la Fondation Rivi\u00e8res a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation de performance des syst\u00e8mes municipaux de traitement des eaux du bassin versant de la rivi\u00e8re L\u2019Assomption et de la zone Saint-Laurent. Les objectifs : identifier les probl\u00e9matiques d\u2019assainissement qui subsistent entre 2014 et 2016 et produire un rapport qui sert d\u2019outil d\u2019information aux d\u00e9cideurs municipaux, aux groupes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et au public. \u00c0 la demande de<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cara.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la Corporation de l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement de la Rivi\u00e8re L\u2019Assomption (CARA)<\/a>,<\/strong> un bilan d\u2019\u00e9limination du phosphore a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 rel=\"noopener\">Suivi des ouvrages municipaux d\u2019assainissement des eaux us\u00e9es (SOMAEU) <\/a><\/strong>2014-2016 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues de trois sources diff\u00e9rentes, soit la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cara.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corporation de l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement de la Rivi\u00e8re L\u2019Assomption (CARA)<\/a><\/strong>, le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamh.gouv.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minist\u00e8re des Affaires municipales et de l\u2019Habitation (MAMH)<\/a> <\/strong>et le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.environnement.gouv.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Environnement (MELCCFP)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Sur les 27 entit\u00e9s identifi\u00e9es, 21 ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un entretien t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique ou ont envoy\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses par \u00e9crit (78 % de participation). Les zones d\u2019\u00e9tude ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es en combinant plusieurs bassins hydrographiques afin d\u2019obtenir un nombre cons\u00e9quent d\u2019entit\u00e9s dans chaque zone. Dans l\u2019ensemble, ce projet a conduit \u00e0 la synth\u00e8se des informations et un diagnostic de performance, sur la base de trois volets : caract\u00e9ristiques des entit\u00e9s, performance des stations d\u2019\u00e9puration et performance des r\u00e9seaux et ouvrages de En utilisant une nouvelle technologie d&rsquo;analyse rapide fournie par l\u2019\u00e9cole Polytechnique et le laboratoire de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.polymtl.ca\/expertises\/chaire-de-recherche-du-canada-sur-la-dynamique-des-contaminants-microbiens-dans-les-sources\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sarah Dorner<\/a><\/strong>, ils ont pu r\u00e9v\u00e9ler que la rivi\u00e8re est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de bonne qualit\u00e9 en \u00e9t\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 sa mauvaise r\u00e9putation.
