Fondation Rivi\u00e8res, environmental and citizen groups, Environment and Climate Change Canada and <a href=\"https:\/\/fondationrivieres.org\/en\/quest-ce-quun-bassin-versant\/\">watershed organizations<\/a> were refused access to information allowing the verification of the compliance of wastewater treatment plants with discharge and overflow standards.
