La personne titulaire du poste incarne la vision et la coh\u00e9rence de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la Fondation sur les grands enjeux de la<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> protection des rivi\u00e8res tout en jouant un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement et le d\u00e9ploiement des relations gouvernementales de l\u2019organisation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 la crois\u00e9e de la science, des affaires publiques et de la mobilisation, cette personne contribue \u00e0 faire avancer des changements structurels en portant les recommandations, propositions et positions de la Fondation aupr\u00e8s des acteurs publics, municipaux et institutionnels. Elle \u00e9labore et met en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019influence et de relations gouvernementales align\u00e9e sur les priorit\u00e9s de la Fondation, afin de maximiser la port\u00e9e de ses interventions aupr\u00e8s des d\u00e9cideurs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La personne assure aussi le d\u00e9ploiement des relations gouvernementales en lien avec deux projets. Le premier, support\u00e9 par Action Climat Qu\u00e9bec, se d\u00e9ploie sur trois ans pour accompagner sept territoires au Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 s\u2019adapter aux changements climatiques en contexte riverain. Le projet touche des aspects d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement du territoire, d\u2019\u00e9co-fiscalit\u00e9 et d\u2019animation d\u2019ateliers citoyens.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019autre projet s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux berges verrouill\u00e9s et privatis\u00e9s et de demandes grandissantes d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux plans d\u2019eau. Il vise \u00e0 faire cheminer des modifications l\u00e9gislatives et r\u00e9glementaires pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux berges \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du th\u00e9matiques prioritaires de la Fondation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assurer la coh\u00e9rence des prises de position publiques de l\u2019organisation en lien avec l\u2019adaptation aux changements climatiques, l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux berges;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies; d\u2019intervention publique, de communication et de mobilisation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9velopper et entretenir des relations avec les parties prenantes gouvernementales,
