This act reflects the exasperation and cry of urgency of the majority of the Quebec population. The Fondation Rivi\u00e8res understands the anger of these people at the work started without all authorizations having been given.<\/p>\n<h2>A 5th complaint filed with MAMROT by Fondation Rivi\u00e8res<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Foundation now houses a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1f3tHAGT3pj_RxYAx-xZTbAVhH-GU3LoV\/view?usp=share_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5th complaint to the Complaints Commissioner of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy (MAMROT)<\/a> to the effect that the developer of Val-Jalbert does not respect the conditions of the Purchase Program.
