The worst situations are noted in Deux-Montagnes, Saint-Eustache and Terrebonne.<\/p>\n<p>This study, based on data from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy (MAMROT), makes it possible to identify the problems of wastewater spills in times of rain and melting which should be corrected.<\/p>\n<p>The performance of the 14 wastewater treatment plants is compliant except at the Mascouche\/Terrebonne station where there are too many phosphorus discharges.
