A graduate of HEC (administration and accounting) and McGill (finance and then computer science), he has served as finance director for several organizations. He spent the majority of his career at the APCHQ, a non-profit organization working in the housing construction sector, as Director of Finance, VP Operations, and finally CEO. More recently, he taught management to future entrepreneurs. At the same time, he served on several boards of directors, including the AECQ, the CCQ, and Excellence (an insurance company), and participated in volunteer activities with Lapraicycle, the Charles-Bruneau Foundation, and the Montérégie Youth Centers Foundation. A paddleboarding and swimming enthusiast, he noted the increasing difficulty of finding good-quality water. He therefore became interested in the FR as a way of doing his part in our collective responsibility to pass on accessible, good-quality waterways to future generations.
