Memo on Bill 81: Changes to Regulations on Aquatic and Wetland Environments
PL81 is a reform affecting several environmental laws, in particular laws governing the protection of wetlands and bodies of water (e.g. Water Act, Environmental Quality Act, etc.).
Our mission
For more than 20 years, the Fondation Rivières has worked to preserve, restore and highlight the natural character of rivers. It helps ensure water quality and access to water for the Quebec population, taking into account social, environmental and economic dimensions.
